On a C harp, G4 is both hole 2 draw and hole 3 blow, so both appear. Bends are written the way players write them — 3' is one semitone, 3'' is two — and positions that do not bend a full semitone are marked.

The same A4 is hole 3 draw bent two semitones on a C harp, and somewhere else entirely on another key. Naming the pitch alone leaves you to do that conversion.
Recording that survives a lock
It keeps going with the screen off, saves lossless WAV with automatic gain control and noise suppression turned off, and stores the pitch trace as you play. A call pauses the take, saves it, and recording continues afterwards.
What actually happened
Intonation, long tones and bends are measured from held notes, not attacks and breaths. A note counts as a bend only when bending is the only way to produce it. Practice time counts sound actually played.
