Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address when you sign in with Apple or Google. Apple’s Hide My Email is supported. We do not collect your password.
• Content you provide — baby information (name, date of birth, and optional sex), care logs (feeding, sleep, diapers, and similar records), and family member labels.
• Automatically collected diagnostics — crash logs including device model, OS version, and error details through Firebase Crashlytics. We use this information only to fix errors.
• Automatically collected usage analytics — app usage events (such as screen views and use of logging or invitation features), an anonymous app-instance identifier, and coarse location derived from an IP address at city level through Firebase Analytics. We use this information only for statistical analysis and service improvement, and do not link it to your identity, such as your account or name.
• Information we do not collect — contacts, precise GPS location, or advertising identifiers. We do not display ads, use advertising trackers, or sell or share data for advertising purposes.

How we use information

• To provide core features, including synchronization across devices and sharing within a family
• To diagnose app errors and improve quality
• To analyze aggregate app usage and improve the service

Storage and security

• Data is stored in cloud infrastructure in the Seoul, South Korea region through Supabase/AWS and is encrypted in transit using TLS.
• Family-level access controls protect your records. Only family members you invite can access them.

Sharing and service providers

• Records are shared only with family members you invite.
• We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
• We use the following service providers to operate Hushabye: Supabase for data hosting, Google Firebase for crash logs and usage analytics, and Apple and Google for sign-in authentication.

Retention and deletion

• Your account and records are retained while you use the service.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately. If you are the only member of a family, all of its records are deleted. If a partner remains, shared records stay with the family and only your account is removed.
• You may also request deletion by email.

Children’s privacy

Hushabye is intended for use by adult caregivers and is not directed at children under 14. Caregivers enter and manage information about their baby and control access, correction, and deletion of that information.

Your rights
